Dustin Rabin took a lot of photographs of famous bands. The photo above emulates one of his photographs of Billy Talent. He used multiple shots and angles of the same pose and repeated them like a series. I did the same thing, but also added a little bit of my own style into it as well.
Another one of his photographs was of this girl's eyes. He made them a really bright blue and accentuated them with the same color make-up and then blurred everything but the eyes and a little bit around them. I did the same thing here and I also gave a blue tint to the photo so that it would blend together.
Keith Major had a series of photographs where he painted a certain color on his model and photographed them on a gray background. In the above photo I used blue as my color. I also accentuated her make-up and brightened her eyes so that they would stand out more.
In this photo I added purple and yellow to my model. In Keith's photos he only used one color but I wanted to put my own spin on it so I used more than one. He would also put some sort of headband on the model and I did that as well. In this photo I also put more make-up on her in photoshop and brightened her as again.
