Consumed by confusion
This photo is meant to show confusion. I wanted there to be a person looking towards something she thought she knew and was certain to her. However, all around her the different lines and colors are consuming her thoughts and confusing what she thought she knew. There is also a reflection of her to show how sometimes things make people so unsure about what they thought they knew. They just fade into the background and their confusion consumes them. I used the fence to draw the viewers eye to the person and I also used the different colored lines to show the confusion someone feels. There is also a shadow in the bottom left that shows how a lot of the time, people in our lives are the ones that confuse us the most.
It takes over

The theme for this montage was based on music. Somehow in everything I do, music seems to work its way into it. I wanted to show how there are other things in the background, but I used the sheet music as the top layer to show how it kind of takes over and intertwines its way into my life. The picture taken outside shows how I love to be outside and I really like nature. I like the picture of the lighted window because it shows different things that I like and how they are a part of my life. The piano music box on the left represents music but is also a representation of memories and past times in my life. There is also a faint picture of a hand on a piano and lastly the sheet music is the top layer because it sort of takes over everything else. I like how the lines in the music draw your eyes to look further into the photo.
